  • Advanced horticultural crop knowledge (spring/summer annuals and pot crops) acquired by post secondary education in the horticultural field or 3 years of greenhouse production operations or a combination is mandatory

  • A valid grower's pesticide certification/license is required

As a member of our Greenhouse Crop Crew Team you'll be tending to our colourful flower crops for the coming season. You will assist in watering, planting & spacing crops in our state of the art eco friendly Production Greenhouse facility.

In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to keep a solid pace and demonstrate the highest quality standards to your team paying close attention to detail, working under pressure within tight deadlines. The ability to distinguish between colours is imperative.

You will have the opportunity to apply your horticulture knowledge and maintain the crops, plants and potted plants. You must be able to meet physical requirements including standing for extended periods, perform repetitive hand movements, bending, crouching, kneeling and lift up to 30 lbs.

Our facility is open 7 days a week in peak season so you will be required to be available to work weekends and holidays.
