Astilbe is a favourite flowering perennial with fern like leaves in a shady spot. This Proven Winners selection has deep chocolate foliage that sets off the raspberry pink flowers. New leaves are yellow with a dark margin and turn completely dark as they age. Astilbe are a long lived perennial but they require a rich, consistently moist soil.

Astilbe is deer and rabbit resistant. Grows 20″ high and 24″ wide. Filtered Sun or shade.
