Meyer Lemon (3 sizes available)
Meyer lemons are a delicious cross between a lemon and a mandarin orange! Meyer lemons have smooth, golden skin the color of a fresh egg yolk with a thin edible, rind. The fruit offers bright fragrance with a high volume of juice and none of the tartness of a regular lemon. Its aromatic, slightly sweet quality brightens desserts, sauces, salads and roasts. In fact, Meyer lemons may be substituted for regular lemons whenever you want a burst of lemon flavor without the acidic bite.
